From its early days as an intimate gathering to its current international stature, the Monaco Women Forum and its year-round initiative, the Monaco Women Network, have always prioritized the highest quality of speakers and the relevance of discussions. We give the majority of the stage to women leaders, while also including top-level male speakers to foster a balanced and constructive dialogue.

In 2012, the Monte-Carlo Woman of the Year Award was created to honor and celebrate the achievements of extraordinary women from all over the world and across diverse industries. Since its inception, the award has recognized trailblazers, leaders, and innovators who have made a lasting mark in fields including technology, finance, health, science, and humanitarian work. What began as a private, discreet event quickly evolved into a prestigious annual gathering in Monaco.
This success gave birth to the Monaco Women Forum, growing from a small, invitation-only meeting in 2019 into an international stage that now attracts experts and decision-makers from around the world.
