In addition to the Monaco Women Forum, our annual international conference bringing together world-class leaders, top-level experts, and groundbreaking innovators from across the globe, we created the Monaco Women Network to support and expand this community of exceptional professionals year-round. Throughout the year in Monaco, the Monaco Women Network hosts exclusive events, roundtable discussions, and high-level networking happy hours, connecting elite professionals, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, corporate executives, and innovators from Monaco and the surrounding region. These strategic gatherings spark long-term partnerships, new business opportunities, and high-impact collaborations across key industries such as economy, technology, health, art, finance, and the space sector.

In 2012, the Monte-Carlo Woman of the Year Award was created to honor and celebrate the achievements of extraordinary women from all over the world and across diverse industries. Since its inception, the award has recognized trailblazers, leaders, and innovators who have made a lasting mark in fields including technology, finance, health, science, and humanitarian work. What began as a private, discreet event quickly evolved into a prestigious annual gathering in Monaco.

This success gave birth to the Monaco Women Forum, growing from a small, invitation-only meeting in 2019 into an international stage that now attracts experts and decision-makers from around the world. Today, the Monaco Women Forum stands out as Monaco’s flagship event for cross-industry collaboration, inspiration, and the development of high-level professional networks.
